EWI Consulting's Operational Excellence (OPEX) approach is specially designed to allow our clients to operate within appropriate service limits at a reduced cost of quality for a return of investment of at least 300% within the first twelve months upon completion of the project, and with a minimum 60% return during the project.

Implementation of OPEX is tailored to each individual operation, involving extensive managerial and supervisory training, and does not require any capital expenditures for our client whatsoever. An analysis is performed to identify and ascertain the opportunities for improvements.

We do not charge for the analysis of your operations.

EWI CONSULTING'S OPEX PROGRAM is aimed at assisting organizations to achieve competitive advantage through a symbiotic process of action learning and development within all levels of the organization. We at EWI Consulting will undertake a careful analysis of your organizational performance in three perspectives – statistical, operational and behavioral, at no charge. The analysis undertaken can determine and highlight opportunities for improvement. The better we understand your organizational strengths and weaknesses, and match them to our consulting cum training designs, the sooner you will achieve the transfer of knowledge effectively for peak performance.

 

1. We will assist in the scanning of a macro-perspective of the environmental, market and competitive forces governing your organization. On a micro-perspective, we will be analyzing your existing internal business and product processes, your operational policies and practices, and improvement opportunities available.

2. We will provide assistance in formulating and clarifying the vision.

3. We will develop SMART Goals and prioritize them in relations to your organization's vision and mission.

4. We will communicate and cascade the goals and expectations to all levels of the organization.
