With the current economic downturn and the dynamism of the markets, the threshold of acceptable performance is rising rapidly; markets and shareholders are becoming much less forgiving of performance shortfalls and companies that cannot close these gaps are at risk. Radical improvements are needed and the Core Process Redesign (CPR) program was developed just for this purpose.

Our objective is to review your current business processes and systems, and adopt a total approach to redesigning work for sustainable competitive advantage.
