Edward Whistler International had recently organized a Christmas Celebration on 17th December 2004 at The Bayshore, Eddie’s apartment. Thanks to our chef of the night, the spread for the BBQ was marvellous, with all the chicken wings, sausages, fried bee hoon, curry chicken, etc. The wines, Angove Long Row Shiraz Vintage and Elderton Sauvignon Blance Verdelho Vintage were a great choice, recommended by Crystal Wines.

With the sponsor from Novena and Light Image for our lucky draw prizes, the evening was simply GREAT! It was a fun-filled night and we would like to thank our sponsors for the prizes and our guests for sparing their precious time to attend this BBQ party, thus making it a memorable event for everyone of us.

The Standard Chartered Singapore Marathon, which was held on 5 December 2004, has seen many Singaporeans and friends from overseas, professionals and non-professionals participating in the big event. Among all, our Council Member, Eddie Goh, CEO of Edward Whistler Int'l (S) Pte Ltd, was there, running in the Full Marathon, for a worthy cause. It is his Christmas wish to raise fund for the young and innocent lives of “Make-A-Wish”, a Foundation that helps to grant the wishes of children with life-threatening illnesses to enrich the human experience with hope, strength and joy. The funding challenge is driven through Eddie’s participation in the Singapore Marathon of which he successfully raised more than S$13,318.00. Our deepest appreciation to his friends, business associates and those who have kindly sponsored his quest.
