The objective of this program is to provide the trainer-participants with the techniques to identify, access, design, develop and present training that guarantees results. By using the revolutionary Smart Learning Model, the participants will be able to permanently strengthen their training ability to deal with challenges, adversities, opportunities and changing circumstances in the real work/training environment.

The program is a hands-on course that is taught in an interactive manner using lectures, pairings, role-plays, simulation exercises, open discussions, mock presentations and live accreditation.
